Bill began openwater diving in 1988 in the Atlanta area diving deep fresh water lakes. After moving to the Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida area in 1992, he began diving a wide variety of dive sites including: Wrecks, Reefs, Spear fishing, Cavern, Cave, Deep Sinkholes, Submerged Sinkholes, Drift Diving, and others. He earned his full cave diver rating in the spring of 1996 and earned an NACD Silver Wakulla Award by completing more than 500 safe cave dives. These varied sites and types of diving gave Bill an excellent foundation and extensive knowledge of many different diving environments.

During this time he also began his leadership training as a working divemaster for several different instructors, boats, and dive shops. Bill became a dive shop manager in 1998 and later owned and operated a scuba diving resort (Neptune Divers of Weeki Wachee).

After returning to the Atlanta area, Bill completed his leadership training and earned a NAUI Instructor Trainer rating in early 2002. In the summer of 2004 he earned his advanced nitrox, decompression, cavern, and intro to cave instructor ratings from TDI & NACD. By Spring 2005 he added Advanced Wreck Diving Instructor and NAUI Cave 1 Intructor to his resume..

Steve began open water diving in 1981 while on vacation in St. John , USVI. The clear, warm water and stunning sites were enough to hook him for life. He has since dove numerous sites in the Caribbean, Atlantic Ocean, Sea of Cortez, Gulf of Mexico, and the Pacific Ocean. He has extensive experience in all forms of ocean diving including wrecks, drift diving, deep/decompression diving, and underwater videography.

Steve has 20+ year's senior and executive management experience in the computer field and 8 years as the owner of a high-tech consulting firm in the Atlanta area.

For the last two decades, Lisa has been writing, directing, acting and teaching, in both, technical and entertainment fields. As the Head Writer and Pre-production Supervisor, for ClearVis Productions, and SCUBA Adventures Magazine , her most recent role has been working behind the scenes, here at CVP. Once, the publisher of a Trade Magazine for the TV, Theater and Film community in the Southeast, (appropriately named, Behind the Scenes ™) she brings experience from a variety of adventures.  

Lisa has acted for TV, having among her television credits: I'll Fly Away , In the Heat of the Night ; Made for TV movies: Shattered Lives and Complex of Fear; major motion picture credits, include: Consenting Adults and The Real McCoy. She has appeared in over 50 theatrical productions: ranging from Detroit to Washington , D.C. , to Atlanta and even, as far away as Guam .

She has written and/or directed independent films, documentaries, commercials and industrials and held the position of Programming and Promotion Director at the CBS affiliate, KUAM, Agana , Guam .

As a Senior Technical Instructor, for Sprint's data division, in the mid-80's, she traveled both domestically and internationally. All of which has given her a great background of experience for both on camera and off, above the water and below, for ClearVis Productions.


Warren Long - Diving Safety Officer, Dive Planner, Writer

Certified as an openwater diver in 1980, he has more than 20 years experience and holds certifications with NAUI, TDI, & PADI.

Warren has extensive experience diving on both U.S. coasts, the Gulf of Mexico , Indian Ocean , Red Sea , as well as, extensive diving experience off the coast of Okinawa , Japan . Additionally he specializes in limited visibility diving and medical training for up and coming divers (basic first aid).

In his role as Assistant Instructor, Warren , researches' diver safety through accident analysis, assists students with their equipment configurations & skills development.

Warren also brings with him a unique medical background, invaluable in assisting with diver safety and educating our students about medical diving concerns.

Scott has been diving since 1989. He rapidly climbed the ranks of the scuba world after moving to the Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida area in 1991, Earning his first instructor rating in 1997. During this time he began diving a wide variety of dive sites including: Wrecks, Reefs, Spear fishing, Cavern, Cave, Deep Sinkholes, Submerged Sinkholes, Drift Diving, and others. He earned his full cave diver rating in the spring of 1996 and has completed more than 650 cave dives to date. These varied sites and types of diving have given Scott an extensive foundation and knowledge of a wide variety of diving environments.

Scott has also served as an advisor to several cave exploration projects, as well as, provided logistical and equipment support to other diving and exploration projects.
